1. Who we are

Hornyt («we») operates this website and the AI chat-assistant service for OnlyFans. For any privacy question you can reach us at info@hornyt.com.

2. What data we process

• Data you give us when you apply: account type, OnlyFans handle, email and billing details.
• Site usage data: pages viewed and aggregated metrics, collected with analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics and the X/Twitter pixel) and the Cloudflare network.
• Cookies and similar technologies: those needed for functionality and your preferences (language, theme) and, only if you accept, analytics and ad-measurement cookies.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request, provide and improve the service, communicate with you and analyze site performance. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes without telling you.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of the contract when you sign up, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving Hornyt.

5. Who we share with

We do not sell your data. It is only shared, as data processors, with the providers that make the service work (for example, hosting and CDN on Cloudflare, Google Analytics and, to measure our ad campaigns, the X/Twitter pixel), subject to their own confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes described and to meet our legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing us at info@hornyt.com. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to reduce risk.

9. Age

Hornyt is intended exclusively for people over 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

10. Cookies and consent

When you arrive we show a cookie notice. Analytics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (the X/Twitter pixel) only run if you click 'Accept'; if you click 'Reject' they are not loaded. You can change your choice anytime by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.

2. The service

Hornyt is a multi-agent AI assistant that helps manage the chats of OnlyFans accounts. This website is informational; the specific conditions of each plan are agreed upon at signup.

3. Eligibility

You must be over 18 and use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the OnlyFans terms. You are responsible for your account and your content.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Hornyt for unlawful or fraudulent activity, or anything that infringes third-party rights, nor attempt to breach the security of the service.

5. Pricing and payments

The service is billed according to the plan you sign up for (a subscription plus a percentage on chat). Amounts and billing conditions are detailed at signup.

6. No guarantee of results

Hornyt is a tool; results depend on many factors and vary between accounts. We do not guarantee specific revenue or outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hornyt is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service.

8. Intellectual property

The Hornyt brand, site and software belong to their owner. No license is granted beyond normal use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and this policy. The «last updated» date indicates the current version; continued use implies acceptance.
